On February 2, 2014, Flavia Leal was invited to receive the Brazilian Prize in Power by Ester Sanches Naek, held in the State of Minas Gerais, Brazil. During the event, Flavia Leal gave the motivational speech: “A Brazilian that conquered the land of Uncle Sam,” told her journey in the United States and what was truly the division of waters in her history.
